Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

Additional Information

At The Nami Project, we pride ourselves on offering a distinctive unit experience that beautifully balances the privacy of a rental with the attentive care characteristic of a traditional hotel. Unlike typical hotels, we do not offer daily housekeeping, food services, or maintain a front desk on-site.

Booking and Payment

• Payment: To secure your reservation, a payment of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 CAD is required to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds: Cancellations made 30 days before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund of prepayments. Cancellations made 14 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.
• No Shows: No shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out Time: Guests are required to check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Occupancy

• Maximum Occupancy: All units have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or the early termination of your stay without a refund.

Pets

• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 CAD fine.

Smoking

• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units and on the outside deck. Smoking is permitted only outside the property grounds. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 CAD fine.

Adults Only

The property is exclusively designed to accommodate adults. All guests must be 18 years of age or older.

House Rules

• Respectful Behavior: Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted, and only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Property Care: Guests are expected to treat all furnishings and amenities with care. Shoes should not be worn inside the units, and garbage should be disposed of in the designated bins.

Amenities

• Sauna and Hot Tub: Guests must follow proper spa etiquette when using the sauna and hot tub, as outlined in the PDF guide linked in your check-in message. Use of these amenities is at your own risk.

Compliance

• Lawful Use: The property is to be used for lawful purposes only. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without any refund.

Damage to Property

In the event of permanent damage to any items within the unit, guests will be charged a fee according to the following schedule:

• Damaged Robes: $109 CAD
• Damaged Duvet Cover: $209 CAD
• Damaged Fitted Sheet: $169 CAD
• Damaged Pillow Case: $50 CAD

Items not listed will be charged at their full replacement cost. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage to the property management as soon as possible. The security deposit may be used to cover any damages incurred during the stay.
